I have written a book on crisis planning and response.
Who am I to write, publish, and pitch a book? That was a difficult barrier for me to get past in bringing this publication to life. I am not an expert. I am not a guru. I am simply one person with crisis experience who hopes that maybe what I have to share can reduce the missteps organizations make during crises thereby preventing additional trauma for all the people involved.
I do not pretend to have all the answers, but rather I offer up a sequential series of questions and issues which when researched, challenged, debated, and tested should prompt the creation of a robust, mission-oriented crisis program.
